More than 100 healthcare professionals who work in the healthcare and welfare sector have iin the fall of 2022 followed the first training courses on the customer journey 'Care Technology' in the Center for Innovative Craftsmanship (CIV) of ROC Mondriaan. The reactions of the participants are very positive.
These courses are offered by the partnership 'Digiredzaam Den Haag' in which several institutions and organizations participate: Middin, Schroeder, Xtra, WZH, Respect, Parnassia, Oldael, HVP, Eykenburg, Saffier, Cardia and the municipality of The Hague.
The aim of the training is that, after completing the training, participants can inform their clients about which healthcare technology helps to achieve the goals that the client and healthcare provider have set together. Going through and developing a customer journey is an important learning activity.
Benefits of healthcare technology
Healthcare technology can be helpful for many people. For example, because it increases the safety or self-management of clients. It also provides benefits for the employee: the use of care technology gives more room for other care and supervision tasks!
There are currently two lending points open where the customer journey can depart: Technotheque from Schroeder and the Service point XL Mariahoeve from Wijkz. At the Technotheek and the service point, everyone can view healthcare technology products and borrow them for a maximum of three months to try out at home.
New courses from April
