Transmural Care Association

Vereniging Transmurale Zorg is a support organization for healthcare providers in the Haaglanden region. We stimulate efficient support and care networks in the region: we work on care without noticeable partitions, as close as possible to the patient's living environment, tailored to the needs of the patient and informal carer, with the patient in control as much as possible.

The Transmural Care Association – in close cooperation with care and welfare organizations – adds value by providing a structural impulse to the improvement, innovation and efficiency of care in the Haaglanden region
