InnovationQuarter is the regional development company for South Holland. We have been working on economic and social impact for South Holland since 2014. Our mission is to sustainably strengthen the economic structure and unlock the innovative capacity of the South Holland region.

Our core mission is greater than just creating jobs and realizing new investments. We want to make our region smarter, healthier and cleaner. We do this by:

  • organizing cooperation between entrepreneurs, knowledge institutions and the government to realize new business (Innovation);
  • finance innovative and fast-growing companies (Invest);
  • helping foreign companies establish themselves in South Holland and helping South Holland companies to do business abroad (Internationalisation);
  • In addition, our Strategy/Economic Board Zuid-Holland team helps improve the business climate for the entire region through joint strategy development, implementation of the Human Capital Agenda Zuid-Holland, network events, lobbying and branding of the region.
